On this page, we describe the website management methods with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it. This information is provided in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("RGPD") and the national legislation in force, to those who interact with the GRUPO VIASAT web services, accessible online from the addresses of the websites of the group companies.
The information is provided for the site and its subdomains (for example: www.dominioprincipale.it/sottodominio), but not for other external sites that can be accessed by the user through any links present.

Type of data processed, purposes and legal basis of processing
The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire some personal data during their regular operation, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified persons, but, by its very nature, may allow the identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties.

The collection and recording of data shall be carried out for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and with methods compatible with those purposes, within the scope of processing necessary for the operation of the business activity. Such data shall be treated in accordance with the principle of accuracy and, if necessary, duly updated, so that they are always pertinent, complete and do not exceed the purposes of the collection, and their conservation shall be functional to the period of time necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and subsequently treated in accordance with the RGPD 2016/679 and national legislation in force.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect uses and unauthorized accesses, in full compliance with Art. 32 of the RGPD 2016/679 and the national legislation in force.

In addition to what is specified for navigation data, the provision of user data is necessary to respond to requests or perform the services requested. Failure to provide the data may make it impossible for VIASAT GROUP SPA to perform the services requested.
