On this page, we describe the website management methods with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it. This information is provided in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("RGPD") and the national legislation in force, to those who interact with the GRUPO VIASAT web services, accessible online from the addresses of the websites of the group companies.
The information is provided for the site and its subdomains (for example: www.dominioprincipale.it/sottodominio), but not for other external sites that can be accessed by the user through any links present.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire some personal data during their regular operation, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified persons, but, by its very nature, may allow the identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties.

Nature of data provision
In addition to what is specified for navigation data, the provision of user data is necessary to respond to requests or perform the services requested. Failure to provide the data may make it impossible for VIASAT GROUP SPA to perform the services requested.

Data transfers abroad
Personal data is not transferred outside the European Community.
If any transfer is necessary, it will only be made for the purposes set out in this information note, i.e. for strictly technical reasons related to the structure of the company's Information System and/or the application of technical and organizational security measures deemed appropriate by the Controller (art. 32 of the GDPR) and exclusively in compliance with art. 44 et seq.This is in the presence of adequacy decisions (art. 45 of the GDPR) and/or adequate guarantees, provided that the data subjects have enforceable rights and effective legal remedies (art. 46 and 47 of the GDPR), or provided that one of the specific exceptions provided for in art. 49 of the GDPR applies from time to time.
Data Retention Period
